Dear Members,

On May  20, 2020 the audition process for our Branch representative to the BC Piano Competition began; the adjudicator was Allen Reiser of Calgary, Alberta. After viewing the video links in random order (see program below) the following results were announced.

Congratulations to Ivy Lin, student of David Vandereyk, who will represent our Branch in September 2020, and to Matthieu Foresi student of Corey Hamm, who will be the alternate if for some reason Ivy is unable to compete. Mr. Reiser sent his best wishes to each performer and noted how much he enjoyed the experience.

The Executive would like to thank the students and their teachers for their participation, we look forward to hearing more from them all in the future.
