Alexander Technique Lessons

One of the benefits of being a BCRMTA member of our branch is that you get the opportunity to experience the Alexander Technique, a means of enhancing a balanced and natural approach to music making and life in general.

We are happy to announced that once again, we are bringing back the opportunity for a set of four 90-minute lessons with registered Alexander Technique instructor, Michael Mah to our branch members. These lessons are offered at a subsidized rate made possible by our Branch's "Ten Year Surplus Plan".
